As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at DRAPP_me, I’ve fully embraced the dynamic convergence of marketing and technology. With a robust background in trade and distribution, my journey is guided by years of experience navigating complex market landscapes. This has afforded me a deep understanding of the critical gap between knowledge and execution. This expertise was the backbone of a new challenge I wanted to dive in, for the first time: Tech and HealthTech specifically.

At DRAPP, overcoming everyday’s challenges is what we do, from the difference in dynamics, the healthcare seasonality, the cultural background and patients’ behaviour of the countries we operate in, to the budget constraints and scalability issues. How do we handle it? We try to employ a creative approach every time, where everyone in the team is involved, from top leadership to tech teams, to sales teams, to marketing teams. Here, trial and error aren’t merely a phase but a cornerstone of our innovation playbook.
We are very agile, and we take big risks! We try to follow innovative methodologies with data-driven insights, enabling seamless adaptation to real-time shifts and continual enhancement of our strategies. We have no choice but to redefine possibilities, transform obstacles into opportunities, and push boundaries to connect meaningfully with our audience.
Our ambition to dream big, think around the clock, take proactive actions rigorously, being very agile and avoid bottlenecks, evaluate outcomes, celebrate successes, and recalibrate strategies as necessary define our daily approach. Tech is a super-fast industry. I’m sure that as am writing this article, something new is being tested or even going live.

One of the greatest things in DRAPP is that even the founder, the co-founder and the Leadership Team are fully hands on, everyday. My message to all small businesses and start-ups out there: Getting tired of trying and storming possibilities is out of question. Forget the hurdles and the frustrations, focus on the small wins; trust me they eventually build up and bring something big to the table. Work on your Brand and it’s Equity in the market consistently, no matter how much fingers are being burnt in your internal kitchen.
