About the Trainer:
Sara Daher is a certified executive coach who uses mindfulness as her foundational approach. In her work, she seeks to merge this knowledge of the challenges of the work landscape with an understanding of how to live more mindfully and cultivate a positive and helpful outlook on life, regardless of external circumstances.
Most recently, she took her own practice and knowledge even deeper through training directly with the creators of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy at Oxford University.
Sara loves to help people transform their approach to life through mindfulness practice and she focuses on helping them see that being more mindful at work is not only possible but necessary to remain balanced, healthy and committed.
