Randa Farah is the founder of I Have Learned Academy (School of Life) & Lebtivity.com (Calendar of events). Her background is in HR Management where she worked for many years in various multinational companies in different industries as HR professional and HR Manager. She holds 3 university degrees in Organizational Psychology, HR Management and Business Advertising and Marketing.
She also has countless certifications in various topics all around the world and is a certified Happiness at Work Expert from Denmark and personal growth specialist. In addition, she is a University Instructor at Saint Joseph University (USJ) and Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts (ALBA).

Through this initiative, Randa seeks to make a positive impact on individuals’ lives by equipping them with the tools they need to navigate the complexities of the modern world.

Moreover, Randa is the founder of Lebtivity.com, a successful startup for all events in Lebanon where people can scroll, add and discover events. In 2023, they expended “Lebtivity” to various countries under gotoeventsapp.com. Randa has won many awards, among them the “Femme Francophone Entrepreneur”, “Top 20 Entrepreneurs of the year”, and many more. Randa is an international speaker, taking part in conferences all over the world: Italy, Poland, Jordan, UAE, Lebanon, Denmark, Morocco, KSA & more.
Time and time again, Randa has ensured the incorporation of rich content in her workshops. With many initiatives that have an interactive approach and encourage out of the box thinking & creativity.
