If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can exchange it for another product within 14 days of the delivery date.

- The product you want to exchange must be reserving its original condition and packaging, with no signs of use, damage or impair.
- Claiming that you have the will to exchange any product after receiving, should not exceed 24 hours.
- The product you want to exchange must not be perishable, personalized, customized, made-to-order, final sale or discounted.
- Shipping fees must be paid in all cases, including the product’s return for exchange. As well, the client should pay the shipping fees once again along with the new exchanged item.
- A client should contact our customer service team at [email address] or [phone number] before sending back any product; he must inform the company about all his order details including; order number, product(s) name, exchange reason and desired new product(s).
- After examining the case of exchange, our customer service team will accept or deny your exchange following our policies and conditions for the exchange. The timeline won’t be less than 7 days in order for the process to end.
- Our company has the right to refuse any exchange request, that goes against our policies or found dishonest or abusive.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage of the product during shipping or delivery.
- We are eligible to change our exchange policy at any time without notice. Please visit our website for the most updated version before requesting an exchange.
- We do not return items completely nor refund.

We are not responsible about any mis-convenience happening with any of the goods/items delivered by the shipping company NOT eligible with our standards.
Packages should be received sealed and in excellent condition, without any defect or broken items within.
Shipping companies are not responsible for crashed, torn, shattered, deficient… items received in sealed packages. Since we make sure not to send inappropriate products during the dispatching/packaging process.
All orders are processed within 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
