What made you embark in this journey with Quintessência?
It started with a process of discovering myself, and what I naturally attract and give to the ones around me.
What is holistic beauty and how does it differ from conventional beauty practices?
Holistic beauty is a whole process, that takes into consideration cosmetics and facial treatments like conventional beauty. Also, everything else relative to your beauty care from specific nutrients to mental well-being.
Can you explain the connection between inner well-being and external beauty?
By taking care of your external beauty, you can elevate your inner well-being as it develops your self-awareness; you will progressively better understand your body and thoughts.
How do you stay up-to-date with fashion and style trends to provide the best advice to your clients?
Well, I don’t! My first piece of advice to my clients is “Before following a trend, ask yourself if it’s suitable to you”: your physical appearance, your personality, the message you are sharing through your image, etc.… Quintessência’s slogan is
“Reveal your True Essence, which means show your uniqueness.”
Can you share success stories of clients who have transformed their image with your guidance?
Yes, of course, I have 2 in mind, but anonymously, I have a confidentiality engagement towards my clients.
So it’s the story of a young lady that was complexed with her body shape, this had an impact on her body language & self-confidence to the point that she said “no” to her boyfriend’s marriage request. Within 4 months we worked on her hormonal balance, water retention, weight management, wardrobe, body language, skin & hair care of course. She had the full package, she was very dedicated (consistency is the key) and for her birthday (it was our deadline goal) she finally said ‘yes’ as she could reveal her femininity, elegance, and wonderful personality!
The second one is a man, an employee, doing very well in his position but has lost two promotions. The lack was in his posture as manager. We worked on his personal branding from the inside out, to show his added value through his image and not only his tasks & results. The body language was also essential. We had 3 months as the deadline was the next open position for internal promotion, and he finally got it! Showing that he isn’t only a good follower but also a very good leader. Becoming an inspiration for his colleagues.
