Arij Kaissi is an Educational Psychologist, a certified Executive and Leadership Coach, a Career and Youth Coach & Entrepreneur. She is also a certified Regional Social Responsibility Consultant.
She is the founder and owner of Progressive Energy, the mother company of two registered brands:
- The Coaching Platform: A Consultancy, Coaching, and Training firm specialized in Leadership Enhancement, Capacity Building, cognitive and Behavioral Transformation.
- Cocovie la couture du chocolat: An online chocolate and gifting boutique that produces high-end Belgian chocolate and sells it online. It also provides gifts, souvenirs, and table set-ups for all kinds of occasions. It delivers for free within Greater Beirut and ships worldwide.
One of her best qualities is that she is a humanitarian who works extensively with women and youth. She empowers them with the proper tools and skills to shape their character, change their mindset, and help them achieve their goals.
This dedicated lady is also an active member of the Lebanese League for Women in Business, Women Leaders Association, Women in Business Network, and IRADA where she consults and works extensively with the Public Relations, Human Resources, Education, Mental Health, and Youth Committees.
Collaborating is as important as self-dedication. Therefore, Arij collaborates with many universities such as the American University of Beirut, the Lebanese American University, the Lebanese University, and varied NGO’s such as Challenge to Change Mena and Taawon and offers varied workshops and seminars in Lebanon and the region that cover psychosocial, cognitive, and behavioral development along with Leadership, Communication, Public Speaking, Body Language, Personality, start-ups, entrepreneurship, and many more.
Finally, in order to share her experience, Arij has developed and authored many empowering programs, like “Unleash the Leader Within”, a youth leadership bootcamp, “Women Leaders”, a leadership program for women, “Leaders in Business”, an extensive leadership program for executives and business owners, “Design Your Inner Psyche”, a personality discovery program. In addition, she customizes plans and schemes depending on her clients’ needs and requirements.
