Mashael Al Dakheel is an experienced Public Relations Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the public relations and communications industry. Holding over 15 years of experience in PR & events, Mashael is skilled in Brand Building, Content Creation, Event Management, Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Integrated Marketing, Crisis Management & Communications. Mashael developed an early interest in Media & Multidisciplinary Arts and has always been passionate about culture, given that she grew up in three different countries (Saudi Arabia, USA, and UK).
Having a background in the culture of all countries, she developed a curious mind with regard to the power of identity & how culture uplifts society & status . Mashael is an influential media and communication professional with a Masters in Diplomatic Studies from Diplomatic Academy of London, University of Westminster. Having lived in the UK prior to the kick off of her career, she was exposed to many cultural events as her Father, a former diplomat,was the director of the information attaché and involved her in many events representing KSA in the UK.
At the start of her career in 2007, Mashael worked with regional media group MBC & Public Relations agencies in the UAE and has played a vital role in developing brand strategies and portfolios for some of the most notable personalities in media & luxuryand lifestyle brands such as Tiffany & Co., Montblanc, Rolls Royce, BMW & MINI, The Atlantis hotel to name a few. In 2020, Mashael took on editorial responsibilities related to the Saudi market at HIA magazine, the leading luxury and lifestyle magazine for the affluent woman. Having worked for the title for over 5 years, she oversees all content related to KSA in Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, Arts & Culture, Design, & Entrepreneurship. In 2021, HIA magazine celebrated the launch of “HIA Hub” and experimental space bringing life to a series of Fashion, Arts, & cultural events. Mashael was identified as a key player in the success of the space, with contribution to retail, fashion, and design events revolving around Arts. Over the years Mashael has developed a strong network of designers & influencers locally and regionally and has been recognized by the Ministry of Culture and The
