Lana is a Life Coach and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner with several years of experience coaching clients in the areas of wellness, fitness, goal setting, confidence, and obtaining a more balanced life. She is driven by her life purpose: helping people reach their full potential in all areas of life! She is most passionate about empowering people, especially women and marginalized communities.  

Lana has learned, moreover, how powerful our minds are and has geared her coaching towards breaking down mental blocks and obstacles while building new perspectives and new positive ways of thinking. Observing the way we think allows us to change our behaviours and create new habits while taking positive forward actions. 

Subsequently, Lana fully lives behind the idea that our thoughts can work for us or against us. Fortunately, we have the power to choose. This does take work at first but as we work together to build an effective plan and create strong habits, you will have the tools and techniques to achieve success.
