This year, the Energy Strategies Summit is offering both physical and virtual meeting places for the energy industry. The Energy Strategies Summit will take place in hybrid format, which will combine the best of a traditional conference at the Order of Engineers and Architects of Beirut with a simultaneous digital conference platform.

The Order of Engineers and Architects of Beirut – third branch (Electrical Consultants Engineers) with the Lebanese Women Engineers Committee, in collaboration with World Elite Solutions, publisher of The Exclusive Lebanon`s Business Guide organizes the most important event of the autumn for the Lebanese energy industry: Energy Strategies Summit 2020, held on the 17th of December at the Order of Engineers and Architects of Beirut and broadcasted on the dedicated platform.
The event is organized with the support of the Ministry of Industry and co-sponsored by UN-ESCWA. This year’s edition summons the most influential decision makers in Lebanon`s energy industry in a hybrid format, for an extensive analysis of the national, regional and corporate strategies.
The decision to develop a hybrid format for the Energy Strategies Summit 2020 was made due to the task of addressing the special circumstances arising from the Covid-19 pandemic and was taken after welcoming the input from industry representatives, governmental, institutional and media representatives, all of whom signaled their full support for the hybrid format: “We have to send a signal that the industry is moving forward.”
Energy Strategies Summit aims at providing all those interested with insights on possible approaches and actual projects for them to draw a better image of their future steps.
With over 30 speakers, Energy Strategies Summit 2020 is the meeting place of more than 500 energy experts, sustainability experts, mobility experts, industrialists, engineers, architects, investors, world changers, leaders, influencers, governmental and media representatives.
The purpose of the forum is to bridge the gap between different perspectives to come to a shared understanding and create lashing partnerships and aims at achieving this through interactive keynote presentations and panel discussions with the brightest minds in energy, in Lebanon and the region, influencers and entrepreneurs, as well as sector-specific breakout sessions with industry specialists, blended with plenty of networking time in an intimate and laid-back environment.
