Madonna Salameh-Ayanian is an Assistant Professor at the School of Business of the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik – USEK, Lebanon. Holder of a PhD degree from Université Panthéon-Assas, Paris 2 in France and from USEK, her research works revolve around the career of women and entrepreneurship.
In addition to being a lecturer on related topics, she is in charge of the International Human Resources Management Master Program with Panthéon-Assas, Paris.
Prior to her academic career, Madonna held the position of acquisition executive at LBCI, a leading TV station in Lebanon. She has also worked on several consultancy projects with key companies in Lebanon in areas related to HR, Marketing and PR; she is also the organizer of The Executive Woman conference.
